Fulfill responsibility and hand in the 2025 social responsibility answer sheet

The "2025 Social Responsibility Report" is based on GB/T 36001-2015 "Social Responsibility Report Preparation Guide" and fully discloses the company's multi-dimensional responsibility performance results from January to December 2025 in terms of business development, employee rights, environmental protection, customer service, and community collaboration.

In 2025, the company will be launched High-end functional fabric production line technical transformation project , with a total investment of 100 million yuan, including 12 million yuan in environmental protection investment, in response to the water-jet weaving industry reduction and improvement project in Wujiang District, eliminating backward production capacity, integrating regional high-quality textile production capacity, and stably achieving a production scale of 65 million meters of high-end fabrics.

Environmental governance upgrade: A 3,000t/d jet weaving wastewater treatment and reuse project was built, with a production wastewater reuse rate of 90% ; Textured waste gas is efficiently disposed of using electrostatic degreasing and activated carbon adsorption processes; sludge is recycled into bricks, and hazardous waste is 100% disposed of in compliance with regulations, continuously reducing the regional environmental load.

Protect employees’ rights and interests: Implement labor contracts and social security guarantees, improve workshop noise reduction, ventilation, occupational health examinations, and safety emergency drill systems, conduct special skills training around new equipment and environmental protection facilities, and build a solid line of defense for safe production.

Understand the corporate carbon ledger and complete annual greenhouse gas inventory

In order to identify the current status of energy emissions and support the construction of green factories and energy-saving improvements, the company completed an internal inventory of greenhouse gases in 2025. This inventory adopted Operational Control Act , the accounting boundary covers the main production and operation sites of the enterprise, and the focus at this stage is to complete Scope 2 Quantitative accounting of emissions from purchased electricity 。

• In 2025, the company will purchase 280,000 kWh of external power, accounting for indirect emissions from purchased power. 14918.62 tCO₂e
• For three consecutive years, emissions from purchased power have been declining year by year: 26 tCO₂e in 2023, 15666.54 tCO₂e in 2024, and 14918.62 tCO₂e in 2025. The year-on-year decrease in 2024 was -5.09%, and the year-on-year decrease in 2025 was -4.77%.
• In 2025, the company's total photovoltaic power generation will be 930,000 kWh, of which 1.5772 million kWh will be used for self-use and 82,100 kWh will be connected to the grid. Photovoltaic self-use will be counted separately as energy structure information and will not offset the emission accounting results.

Report description: This is an internal management report of the company. Historical fuel, scope 3 supply chain and other data need to be further verified and improved. It does not currently represent the company’s complete total greenhouse gases from scope 1 to scope 3, and is not used as a basis for third-party verification and external statements. In the future, the company will continue to improve fuel ledger and supply chain data collection, iteratively update the complete emission inventory, and deeply explore the potential of energy saving and carbon reduction.

Extend downstream and carry out internal accounting of the carbon footprint of sofa fabric products

Focusing on the flagship product polyester sofa fabric, the company carried out “cradle to gate (raw material acquisition to finished product delivery)” internal product carbon footprint estimation, with the functional unit set to 1kg qualified polyester sofa fabric , providing data support for process optimization, supply chain management, and customer green needs.

Calculations show that the carbon footprint of representative polyester sofa fabrics is initially estimated to be approximately 4.714kgCO₂e/kg 。

Breakdown of emissions contribution:

1. Polyester filament raw material: 303 kgCO₂e/kg, accounting for 48.86%
2. In-plant production electricity consumption: 283 kgCO₂e/kg, accounting for 48.43%
3. The total proportion of packaging materials and production loss allocation is about 71%

It can be seen that Raw materials and in-factory electricity consumption together contribute 97.29% of product carbon emissions, which is a key direction for subsequent product carbon reduction. . In the future, the company will continue to optimize the carbon performance of its products by introducing renewable raw materials, reducing power consumption per unit product, and reducing production losses.

Report description: This is an internal preliminary estimation report. Some supplier original data and product line measurement data still need to be completed. The results are only used for internal process improvement and have not yet obtained third-party verification. They cannot be directly used for external product carbon label statements. The next step will be to improve product model confirmation, supplier environmental data collection, production sub-measurement, and iterative accounting versions.
